Up and at 'em.

So, the regular alarm clock may have the most irritating buzzer in the world, but it definitely gets me out of bed! No more oversleeping for this one. I had that feeling when I woke up that I had been dreaming a lot, but I can't remember what they were about.

First things first; return of the oats!:

1/2 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • banana
  • brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • blackberries
  • walnuts
  • AB (not my kind, yet)
I think I cooked these too long, because they were a little gluey. I definitely had to choke down the last few bites. Oh well, I'll know better next time.

Today is going to be a lot shorter than yesterday, but I will be pretty non-stop from about 10am-4pm. Plus yoga class :) Anything that you're looking forward to today?

  1. I forgot to say that your AB looks great...I need to try and make it. I am looking forward to getting off work!! :)
