CTBF Blue cheese and pear quiche

I really liked the corn meal crust on this. It added great flavor and texture. I left the ham out and I think I prefer it this way, but bacon would have been a great addition.


I baked mine for about an hour and fifteen minutes and it was still runny in the center when I cut into it. I think next time I will let it go another ten minutes or so.
