So, the regular alarm clock 
may have the most irritating buzzer in the world, but it definitely gets me out of bed!  No more oversleeping for this one.  I had that feeling when I woke up that I had been dreaming a lot, but I can't remember what they were about.
First things first; 
return of the oats!:

1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. water
 - 1/2 c. skim milk
 - banana
 - brown sugar
 - cinnamon
 - blackberries
 - walnuts
 - AB (not my kind, yet)
 
I think I cooked these too long, because they were a little gluey.  I definitely had to choke down the last few bites.  Oh well, I'll know better next time.
Today is going to be a lot shorter than yesterday, but I will be pretty non-stop from about 10am-4pm.  Plus yoga class :)  
Anything that you're looking forward to today?
 
I forgot to say that your AB looks great...I need to try and make it. I am looking forward to getting off work!! :)
